Poor quality, poor customer care relationships with customers

Very poor quality. The chair mechanism completely broke apart. Zaks is ordering a new mechanism, but in the meantime the chair is wobbly and squeaks. I'm using it as just an extra chair in my den now. I caution visitors if they choose to sit in it.
I am a loyal Zaks customer. I have purchased thousands of dollars in furniture from them over the years.
They have no intention of considering the circumstances of the poor quality of this furniture. This loyal customer will shop elsewhere.
