Sheely’s offers in-home delivery and set-up. As professionals, we do our best to take every care possible when delivering your order into your home. It is sometimes difficult to deliver furniture and appliances due to the size of doorways, hallways, stairwells and proximity of the driveway to the home. On a rare occasion, if an item is a tight fit, we may ask you to approve our attempt to deliver your item, on the understanding that we can not be held responsible for any damage. We trust you will understand and appreciate these conditions.
All C.O.D. deliveries must be paid prior to or on delivery or pick up of the product. No exceptions. If this is not possible, ask about Sheely's Credit Card financing. Sheely's Furniture & Appliance retains a purchased money security interest in any goods not paid in full.
Due to our large volume, wide delivery area and unforeseeable delays (traffic, weather, difficult installations, etc.) Sheely's can not give delivery times. Most deliveries are completed between 7:30 and 5:00. During inclement weather, Sheely’s will determine whether it is safe for our drivers to make deliveries. Customers will be contacted for rescheduling. Sheely's is insured to move only the furniture being delivered. Sheely’s does not move or hook up any electronics. If you are not home or a call ahead cannot be reached and delivery can not be completed, a charge will be added for redelivery.
Prior to your merchandise being received by our warehouse you will be given an estimated delivery date. The actual delivery date may vary from the estimated delivery date and will not give the customer the right to cancel the order without the express consent of Sheely’s.
Please do not refuse delivery because of minor damage or defects. Sheely's has one of the best service teams in the industry. They can usually take care of the issue more quickly than the manufacturer and with less inconvenience to you. Since your satisfaction is important to us, please let our skilled technicians show you one of the reasons why people buy from Sheely's. You have 7 days to inspect for delivery damage. Sheely's will repair or replace any damaged or defective item at our discretion.
Sheely's provides delivery service to over a 150 mile radius including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, East Liverpool, Warren, Youngstown, New Castle, Pittsburgh, Cranberry Twp., Coraopolis and Chester, WV. Please note that delivery charges apply to deliveries outside of our free local area. Please use our zip code map for delivery fees to your area.

Please verify your delivery address and phone number for accuracy.
Please make sure someone 18 years of age or older is at home to accept your delivery.
Make sure the truck can get as close to your home as possible. Please have your driveway clear of any obstructions. If necessary, please park your car on the street to allow our truck to get into your driveway.
Please have the walkway shoveled during the winter months.
During inclement weather, please have plastic or throw rugs available to protect your carpet and flooring. Due to liability, our delivery team cannot remove their shoes.
Please remove old furniture, as we are not permitted to move or haul the existing furniture. Sheely’s does not move or hook up electronics.
Please restrain pets and make sure toys and other items are removed from areas where the delivery crew might walk.

Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse. Some furniture may require assembly; please see your salesperson for details. Please remember to inspect your furniture thoroughly before leaving our warehouse. We will assist in placing your merchandise in your vehicle, however, proper loading and securing of the product is your responsibility. No damage claims will be accepted once the furniture leaves our warehouse.
Twine is available for you to secure your load, however any protective padding is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly suggest you inspect all items before leaving. Our personnel can take care of any issues during inspection. Any unnoticed defects requiring service will be handled under the original warranty period.
