Even after our move closer to Pittsburgh with access to many other stores, we always drive the almost two hours to shop at Sheelys. Our wonderful salesperson, Chris, will be my forever recommendation. She directed my Mother to sit in the "just the right fit" recliner that she would need where she was moving to. She was patient while Mom sat in others. She came back to that one and that's the one I bought. Everyone is so professional from the sales staff to the delivery men. I waited with the loading cart outside for a short while after your delivery guy called my cell on the arrival time. Told the delivery guy he deserved a raise because it was an A-plus delivery.

Hello! I am writing to give you feedback on one of your furniture specialists. My husband and I were shopping for a sectional that would eventually end up in an addition being built on our home. Nancy was assigned to us. Wow did we get blessed!! Fantastic eye, patience, great knowledge of your products... Nancy has it all. Some time after purchasing our sectional but before delivery I needed to choose paint and carpet colors. I made the trip back in to your showroom with paint and carpet samples. Nancy sat with me and helped through the entire process. She even insisted on helping me out with my samples! What a gem!! I ordered the freezer out of sheer desperation and sight unseen. The sales associate let me know it was the last one in stock and he would hold it for me with a deposit. Because I've dealt with Sheely's (and will continue to buy there), I had no problem paying in full over the phone. Because of the Coronavirus, deliveries were stopped. I had to wait but two of the nicest guys EVER, delivered the freezer a couple of weeks later. I take care of an 83 year old dementia patient in my home and can’t get out for groceries often, so I really needed to stock up. It was a contactless delivery to my garage and they even let me keep the pen. Thanks again for saving me!!!

Mostly, I spoke with two sales associates (Mike & Drew) to purchase an electric dryer. They were very helpful and considerate about my possible delivery problems since the dryer had to be brought down a staircase that has a chairlift installed. I sincerely appreciate their help and patience. The delivery team was excellent. They needed to work around an installed chair lift to haul away our old dryer and to deliver the new one to the basement. They didn't even touch the chair lift at all. That was such a relief and a cost savings. Removing and reinstalling the lift would have been expensive. Thank you!

My parents always shopped at Sheely’s and so have I my entire adult life. I am a furniture junkie and frequent all furniture stores for enjoyment. Sheely’s hands down is the most diverse, best quality product in the working man, professional price range and offers the best quality and selection of all furniture stores. I have driven to Sheely’s from Pittsburgh at least once every six weeks religiously for the past 40 years. The staff is helpful by not imposing. Sheely’s is like family to me. I have bought elsewhere for convenience on occasion and have regretted not taking the time to go to Sheely’s. As a matter of fact I am in dispute with a major furniture chain store as we speak for a $4000 couch that broke down within four months. It was over-priced and the product is garbage. I am hoping they will honor their reputation so I don’t have to take them to court. I should’ve gone to Sheely’s. I am kicking myself.

I'd like to recognize a member of your sales' department. Steve from appliances was most helpful in assisting me with the purchase of an over the range microwave oven. This purchase was made on-line, with the helpful phone calls that I made to Steve from Cleveland. It was for my mother who lives in Boardman, so I had to coordinate all of this long distance. Steve was patient and kind, answering all of my questions and did his best to assure me that we could accomplish this in a timely manner. His installer, Dave, was also a pleasure to deal with. Within two days, the microwave was purchased, delivery and installation were scheduled and I was able to be in Boardman with my mom when Dave arrived with the microwave & installed it. It's personalized service such as this, which keeps people coming back to Sheely's year after year. Many thanks to Steve and Dave for allowing this to go so smoothly. We are extremely pleased and grateful.

We would like to thank everyone at Sheely’s for the wonderful service of getting us our new refrigerator on Saturday. Our refrigerator went out on Friday afternoon. We came to the store later and purchased a new one. Mike was our salesman and we asked him if we could get it delivered on Saturday seeing as we had no other refrigerator. Mike said he would try and to call on Saturday morning. We called and the lady said the trucks were full. She called back five minutes later and said they would be bringing our refrigerator in an hour and a half. Kevin and Erv came an hour later. They took the time to help us out. We so much appreciated it! Thank you again for the wonderful service we received!
